Welcome to Rustic Trail Teardrops, we are a small family-owned and operated teardrop camper builder based in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina. Since 2012 we have been building affordable, handcrafted, and easy to tow teardrop campers.

We don’t just build campers, we use them too. RTTC co-owners Steve & Amberly average over 120 nights a year in their Kodiak Stealth. They even spent 6 months living full-time in their Kodiak while working remotely as school teachers.
