With 4′ high ceilings the Papa provides something different than any other teardrop in its class. Enjoy a dinette seating area for 2 – 3 people, use it for a place of refuge during rainstorms or simply enjoy a meal at the center table. After a day of kayaking, hiking, or exploring come back to your Papa Bear and get a restful nights sleep on the queen size mattress in our standard trim campers.

The Papa Bear is the original teardrop camper of Rustic Trail. It has a sleek shape on the outside but offers a cozy interior with dinette seating and an RV folding queen bed. We are a family-owned and operated teardrop camper company. Our goal is to build an affordable, handcrafted, and easy to tow teardrop camper that will allow you to create years of camping memories. Our roof rack system can hold up to 500 Lbs! Throw your kayaks on top and go. Put a storage box up there. How about a roof-top tent to take more friends camping?
ARB Awning

Protect your camping crew from the sun and rainstorms with the ARB Awning. Designed to be strong and easy to set up, the awning features anodized height-adjustable telescopic legs. Note: Requires the full roof rack option.
Front Rack

Nylon Canopy
Weighs: 15 Lbs.
This canopy style awning is made of nylon and rolls up to attach to the side of the camper just over the door. It comes with the poles needed to ensure proper setup.
Interior Lighting Package
Brand new option! Add night vision to your RTTC!
This option upgrades two of the four interior lights that toggle between white and red light for improved nighttime visibility. One light will be located near the door and the other on the opposite side in the rear.
Vinyl Stripe
Free!
Personalize your RTTC and a splash of color with this FREE 3″ vinyl stripe option. Over 20 different color choices are available! Check them out when you build & order your RTTC.
Aluminum Rims and Tires
Popular option!
Your RTTC will already come with 15″ rims and tires, however, this option will upgrade them from the standard black steel rims to aluminum rims along with a matching spare. Rim design and finish may vary.
